COLD THERAPY
To obtain good results, put the mask in the freezer (-15º C) for 30 minutes before using.
HEAT THERAPY
Immerse the mask in hot water (mass 80 ºC) for 8 minutes. Before immersing the packing, withdraw the container from the heat. Leave to stand the mask out of the water 1 minute before applying.
It is recommended to use a clean towel for applying. Material: non-toxic gel.
